We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a college student completing their senior
year. This position will start as part time and will go to full time immediately following
graduation. The successful candidate will be part of the Marketing team and will report
to the Director of Marketing. The successful candidate will assist with developing and
maintaining multiple websites including e-commerce sites, assist with SEO efforts by
optimizing site content and keyword placement, develop A/B testing and landing pages
and track results. The successful candidate will also support web analytics effort by
managing weekly performance reports. He or she will also be responsible for helping
the other Marketing team members with building content on our Social Media sites and
providing support on special marketing projects.
Qualifications:
Completing Senior Year of undergraduate degree in Web Design, Interactive
Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Technology program
Strong understanding of web development best practices, including cross-browser
compatibility, accessibility, usability, SEO, web analytics (i.e. WebTrends, Google
Analytics) and coding.
Knowledge and use of Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Acrobat, HTML, CSS and
browsers; working knowledge of Java Script preferred.
Demonstrate strong internet development capabilities. Portfolio/examples of work
required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to clearly
communicate project status and manage expectations to complete work in a timely
manner.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects.
Must be self motivated, results oriented and work well independently as well as with
a team.
